The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests firm-fixed pricing in accordance with the information listed
in this document and the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Shipping cost (within CONUS) is to be included
in vendor’s pricing. The work is to be performed during the timeframe of June 2025 to July 31, 2025. The
Government will furnish materials for the repairs and installation at the Huttig Tower site location on State
Road 129 Huttig, AR 71747; LAT/LON: 33:04:41.00N 92:13:31.00W location. The cables will be name brand
Andrew AVA7-50 coax cables. All the hangers used will be Butterfly type connectors for the installation with
the manufacturing number of 42396A-2. New lines will be attached to the tower. The new cable and materials
will possibility be needed to be waterproofed and painted to match the towers. There will be one antenna that
will need to be de-energized for the safety purposes. This will be coordinated with the government site POC.

0001 Labor for the Removal and Installa??on of cabinet, fiber, antenna and feedline at the 1200 FT level of
the Hu??g tower (LR-025) with installa??on of 600 FT of feedline and antenna from the base of the
tower. The government will provide all materials for the installa??on.
2.1 Shipping & Delivery Requirements
All applicable deliveries under this order shall be FOB destination and delivered to the Huttig tower site.

3.0 Proposal Requirements
• All vendors must provide a current copy insurance and equipment operator licenses for all personnel.
• All potential vendors must be located within a one-hundred-and-fifty-mile radius of the work location if possible.
• All proposals must have a detailed list of the total number of personnel working on site.
• All proposals must have the total number of days to complete the project.
• All proposals must provide a total number of hours that will be worked each day.
• All proposals must provide the collection of debris and removal of all waste materials.
• Proposals shall be valid for 90 calendar days from closing of posting.
