MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on ​April 16, 2026​ starting at ​02:00 p.m.​ (local time) . Location: Ball Field #2, 8851 West 137th Street, BVRC Field 2, Overland Park, Kansas 66221

NOTE: In case of inclement weather, the Pre-Bid Conference will move on the patio of the Sports Complex, 9701 West 137th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66221.

Pre Bid Conference is Mandatory for Contractors. Sites will be available for visits the week of April 16, 2026 to review site conditions. Must be coordinated with Jim Hook.
