Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: Washington County School District Purchasing Department
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide a replacement kiln for Hurricane High School Ceramics.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 30 days.
This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
