PMA-265 Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Program

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001923G0002 to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-945 Orlando, Florida 32819, using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAVAIR procured an organic depot for maintenance and repair of F/A-18E/F Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Units-Under-Test (UUTs) utilizing IRST Special Test Equipment/Factory Test Equipment (STE/FTE) in support of United States Navy requirements. This Delivery Order was procured non-competitively pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is the sole vendor qualified to establish repair capabilities to support the F/A-18E/F IRST program.
