City of Maryville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Maryville – Beal Park Pickleball Court Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the City Clerk located at 415 N. Market Street, Maryville, Mo. 64468 until the above time. At that time the Bids received will be Publicly opened and read at the Maryville Public Safety building, in the meeting room, located at 101 N. Vine Street. Deadline for questions is 11:00pm February 11th, 2026.

The Project includes the following Work:

General demolition, pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, fencing replacement, 6 post-tension pickleball courts (base bid) and 9 post-tension pickleball courts (bid alt 1), bleacher areas, seeding and sod.

The Project has an expected duration of 97 calendar days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Construction Documents can be purchased for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at projectiles.drexeltech.com in their online plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com . Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held VIRTUALLY at the above time via TEAM’s at the link below. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
