Annual Contract for a Racquet Sport Program Operator for Various Chatham County Parks & Recreation Locations

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to find interested and qualified vendors and individuals to provide comprehensive programming and coaching services for recreational racquet sports at Lake Mayer, Retha Mae McCoy, Tom Triplett, and L. Scott Stell Park facilities. The vendor will be responsible for delivering professional instruction, clinics, leagues, camps, and other racquet-sport programming while maintaining a balance between structured programming and public access to courts. As part of this engagement, the County seeks a vendor who can not only manage but also expand current programming and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing and scaling programs. The goal is to maximize the public’s use and enjoyment of County recreation locations.
