PURPOSE OF ADDENDUM
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced herein, remain unchanged and
in full force and effect. The following are official revisions, specifications and/or clarifications to this solicitation.
This Addendum shall be attached to and form a part of the referenced solicitation document and any resulting
awarded contract and must be considered in your response.
OWNER'S WRITTEN RESPONSES TO BIDDER'S QUESTIONS
Q1: Will any other MFG's be considered other that Greenflush for the premanufactured restroom?
A1: Specification Section 133400, Paragraph 2.1, and Sheet L1 Detail Note #1 specifies the
prefabricated restroom building as the "Green Flush Restrooms "Durango II" model with covered porch
as supplied by Green Flush Restrooms, 1420 N Columbia Ridge Way, Washougal, WA 98671, or approved
equal".
For an alternative building system to be approved the contractor will need to provide proof the
alternative building is equal to the restroom specified.
Q2: Will the Pre-Bid Conference sign in sheet be posted?
A2: Yes, on Cobblestone.
Bidders are to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum. Return a signed copy of this notice with your bid
submission.
