DESCRIPTION:
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), is soliciting proposal s and intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type Contract to provide Solid Waste Collection (Non-Hazardous) Services. Contractor shall provide all labor, containers, vehicles, equipment, materials, management, etc. necessary to provide Collection, Removal, Hauling, and Disposal of Solid Waste (Non-Hazardous) Services for the James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH), Tamps, FL. This solicitation announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation document is attached.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS): All required services shall be performance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 05/09/2025, incorporated into the attached RFP 36C24825R0096, Attachment 1.
NAICS: The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a Small Business Size Standard of $47.0M.
PRODUCT SERVICE CODE (PSC): Trash Collection Service.
SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside.
