Description

The purpose of this requirement and is to provide Lender Placed Insurance on properties financed through U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development's (RD) housing programs to mitigate risk to RD’s portfolio of properties when the borrowers fail to provide adequate insurance themselves.
