Invitation to Bid
This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of Kennedale and Edmonton Waste Management Centre 2025 Paving Improvements Project.
For Kennedale the Work is to take place at 128 Avenue and 58 Street.
For Edmonton Waste Management Centre the Work is to take place at the Edmonton Waste Management Center, Site 440 at 250 Atrum Road NE.
The Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Mobilization and demobilization
Traffic and pedestrian accommodation and staging
Work Site management including temporary construction facilities, security, and protection of existing Utilities
Removal of existing granular surface, varying depths and existing concrete.
Grading milling and paving
Construction of new pavement and concrete areas
Electrical Work (EWMC Site 440)
Work Site cleanup
Warranty and maintenance
Final inspection and Contract closeout
