Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for stall maintenance for the San Francisco Horse Mounted Unit for the United States Park Police.

The NAICS code(s) for this requirement is 115210. The small business size standard is $11M.

The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform stall maintenance for the San Francisco Horse Mounted Unit for the United States Park Police, on a small business set-aside basis.

Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.

Some of the duties include: Initial feed, water, and lead horses to turnout area; clean box stalls; aisle, indoor turnout area, paddock clean up, subsequent feed and water; and PM stable services.

This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price award and will include four option years and one option to extend services by six months.
There will not be a site visit for this requirement.

Questions will be accepted up to 5pm EST 23 January 2026. Questions received after this date will not be addressed. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this announcement.
