WAREHOUSE MOVE - SPOKANE VALLEY, WA

INTRODUCTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business.

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey, Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics Science Center requires moving services as described in the attached Statement of Work.

RELEVANT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving and associated size standard $34.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code V001 Transportation/Travel/Relocation.

This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination# WD 2015-5537.

SUBMISSION OF QUOTES
All services will begin performance at the U.S. Geological Survey warehouse at 11103 East Montgomery, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. There will be a site visit on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 9:00am PT. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged. RSVP to the Contract Specialist at eadam@usgs.gov.

All questions must be sent directly to Liz Adam at eadam@usgs.gov by Friday, July 11, 2025, at 1:00pm PT. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist, Liz Adam, at eadam@usgs.gov. All quote documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 10:00am. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered

Offerors are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors/Salient Characteristics (see Attachment).
