Project Description: The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) invites your firm to submit a Response for the design, installation, commission, operation and maintenance of the FasTrak Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) Back Office System herein called “System”. This will be Part 1 of BATA’s two-step procurement process, which is the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Part 2 will include a Request for Proposals (RFP) which will be extended only to firms invited to participate, as described below.
Interested firms must submit their Response by 4:00 p.m. PST on February 3, 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFQ. Other key RFQ dates are listed in Section VII. RFQ Timetable of this RFQ.
Note: Mandatory Proposer's Conference to be held on December 9, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm PST.
