The Contractor shall perform refuse disposal service from Fort Belvoir. Dumpster/Receptacle drop-off and pick-up is required as a means to remove trash and other designated materials. The Contractor shall conduct multiple unscheduled collections, disposals, and relocations of containers for special events, clean-up operations or other occasions which the contractor shall respond within 24 hours. Refuse service must be performed in a manner which will not interfere with the dignity of the locations.
