This is a pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0523, will be issued on or about 29 April 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center has a requirement for pharmacy carousel structural analysis. This is a one-time buy.     Â
