THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JULY 14, 2025
The North Texas VA Health Care System in Bonham Texas currently has a requirement to Replace Condensate Return Units & Pumps

The project will include the contractor to provide Supervision, Labor, Parts & Material on replacements of the Condensate Return Units located at the VAMC Garland VA facility. To include a total of (5) five-Duplex Condensate Return Units and Pumps sized to existing units or better. Units shall be able to withstand High Temp heating water seal ranges from 209° minimum up to 250°. Units shall come with Factory Mounted Control Panels with High Level Alarms, Discharge Pressure Gauges, Dial Thermometers, Centrifugal Pumps, Float Switches & Water Level Gauges. Electrical panels with high & low alarms. Connections from existing unit flange to flange connections no less than 3,000 psi unions connections and scheduled 80 or better related pipe. Electrical connections are required by installation from the contractor. Related plumbing shall be required. Insulation required per contract for all related exposed areas related to installation with associated material & related parts.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 per FAR 36.204(c).
This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.

Offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by SBA.GOV prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by SBA and VISIBLE on the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS.sba.gov) prior to submission of the offer, will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact SBA.GOV and submit the required documents to obtain verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
