The purpose of this project is to renovate four research wet lab spaces to enhance research capabilities in the Heritage Medical Research Building (HMRB) at the University of Calgary’s Foothills Campus for the Cumming School of Medicine's (CSM) Health Sciences Animal Resource Centre (HSARC). The University of Calgary (“University”) invites experienced Construction Management (CM) firms to respond to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and to work with the project team and provide advantages to the project schedule by providing estimating, constructability, and scheduling services throughout the duration of the project. The selected CM will actively work with the University’s internal team from construction to commissioning to handover.
