The New Braunfels Independent School District is requesting proposals to obtain competitive proposals for retaining a Mechanical Contractor for replacement of an existing boiler, pumps, expansion tank & insulation at Seele Elementary. BAS Controls are excluded form this proposal, Mechanical Contractor will work in coordination with existing BAS System Manufacturer – Automated Logic (ALC).
