Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide The Poplar Island Land Base Dredging Project involves the removal of accumulated sediment surrounding the personnel pier and transport to the Poplar Island Dredged Material Containment Facility (DMCF) for unloading and the design, fabrication and installation of a wave screen on the pier.
