The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested in and capable of providing for the direct delivery of fuel to a Department of Defense (DoD) location in Arkansas. This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. Requests for solicitation will not be responded to, and no contract shall be awarded based on the responses received. Description:

In accordance with FAR Part 10, DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing the fuel product to DLA Energy's customer located in Arkansas. (Customer Organized Group 4 region). The qualifying North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 324110. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract.

Delivery modes Truck to Truck: Tank Truck with pump, Tank Wagon.

The anticipated period of performance is from Date of Award to 31 December 2025.

Offers must be submitted in Dollars per US Gallon

All offerors responsible must have an active registration in SAM.gov
