Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, and the Code of
Federal Regulations 200.317-200.327, Proposals will be received for the following:
Description of Work:
The Community Development Division seeks proposals for the development of a Master Plan for a
collection of City-owned and Housing Authority of the City of Asheville (HACA)-owned properties in the
Deaverview Neighborhood measuring a combined 58+ acres.
