NOTE: In accordance with FAR 4.203-1(b) (DEVIATION), offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission. An offeror who is not registered in SAM at the time of submission, and to whom no exception under FAR 4.203-1(b) applies, is ineligible for award.
