FIRE REPORTING AND RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS)

The Fire Department of the City of New York (“Fire Department” or “FDNY” or “The Department”) in the interest of promoting competition is interested in obtaining information from vendors on application to handle daily Fire Department responsibilities and a comprehensive Fire Reporting and Record Management System (RMS).

This Request for Information (RFI) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted via PASSPort. Any inquiries concerning this RFI shall be submitted through PASSPort. The deadline for submission of inquiries is five (5) days prior to the proposal due date. FDNY will subsequently provide written answers to questions received via an addendum released through PASSPort.
