Rationale:
Imperial Sign Corporation, Pacific Sign Group Inc. (DBA Knight Signs.), and Image Sign & Lighting Ltd. are currently pre-qualified to provide signage and supply installation services to various ICBC offices. ICBC intends to invoke the two-year renewal options in these agreements due to their proven track record, familiarity with ICBC’s operations and standards, and ability to provide continuity for the completion of ICBC’s signage upgrade project.
The extension is for up to 24 months, from October 18, 2025, to October 17, 2027. The contracts themselves are not a commitment to purchase but rather set out foundational terms and conditions for future signage and supply and installation services that may be awarded during the term on an as-needed basis.
Vendors wishing to object to this decision should send an email to Sourcing@ICBC.com by 12:00PM PT on April 10, 2025, with specific reasons for their objection and citing “NOI 6287 Signage and Supply Installation Services” in the email message subject line. Vendor solutions and qualifications, compliance with B.C. laws and the ability to provide the same products or same level of service at a lower cost in a timely manner will be the key criteria with regard to the consideration of vendor’s objections.
