This solicitation covers the AC replacement inside a U.S. Government-owned building. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

• Execution planning

• Decommissioning central VRF system

• Dismantling existing equipment

• Delivery and complete installation of 2 AC’s

• Commissioning

• Testing

• Documentation

Estimate size of the project: estimated construction cost per range according to FAR 36-204: between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000.
