RFP FOR PURCHASE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY ON ADAMS DAIRY PARKWAY

The City of Blue Springs is accepting proposals from interested parties with the intention to purchase and develop city-owned property. The property for consideration consists of four parcels totaling nearly 23 acres in size located on the southeast intersection of Adams Dairy Parkway and R.D. Mize Road. Bids must be placed for all lots. The City is seeking a qualified party with the interest, resources and experience to purchase and develop the parcel in a manner that would be a desirable addition to the Adams Dairy Corridor. Preference will be given to proposals which outline a use of the parcels in the near future. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals for the best interest of the City.
