Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued on behalf of the IMA-RC to address its need to have a desktop review assessment study done of all the billing meters within the Blue Plains Service Area (BPSA). This assessment will be based on work originally conducted in 2009 and 2017, and will be used to inform and support development of a future long-term meter service contract for the BPSA billing meters.
