Overview

Summary

Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking services of a qualified and experienced vendor to provide Commissary and Banking Services to the Adults in Custody (AIC) of the Washington County Jail.

This Commissary and Banking Software solution will be designed to manage AIC funds, ensure secure financial transactions within the correctional facilities, and process commissary orders.

Background

The Washington County Jail provides secure custodial services for both pretrial offenders and sentenced AICs of Washington County.

The Washington County Jail is located at 215 SW Adams Avenue in Hillsboro, Oregon. The jail is comprised of nine (9) housing units, and one (1) medical observation unit with a capacity of housing 572 AICs.

Currently, three ( 3) housing units are closed and under construction set to last until Fall of 2026.
