Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from architectural firms to provide design services for two new buildings - one that will serve as South Jordan City’s Public Works West Side, and one Public Works and Recreation storage building. The project location for the Public Works West Side Facility is 5464 West Bingham Rim Road. The project location for the recreation storage facility is west of the existing Public Works yard at 10998 South Redwood Road. Architects are to submit formal proposals for the project through the city purchasing portal Bonfire.
Architects must attend a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting at South Jordan City Hall, 2nd Floor, at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah, on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. To access the State of Utah's procurements online, you must register as a vendor on the BONFIRE website, https://utah.bonfirehub.com/ .
