Removal of concrete weirs and channelization, restoration of creek with natural cobbles and boulders,
replacement of existing 900mm circular concrete culvert with Owner supplied 2100 x 1200mm box culvert,
invasive plant removal, tree removal, and riparian planting. This work will require retention of a project
Environmental Monitor and Arborist by the successful proponent to ensure compliance of construction with
relevant permits, reports, and bylaws.
