The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids for qualified firms to furnish and deliver one (1) Texas T- Guardrail System, including 2 boxing gloves. This is to include all hardware needed to install guardrail, (bolts, washers, nuts, splice plates), (3? sleeves with bolts, washers and nuts to attach guardrail to post), etc. Splice plate should have 8 ? 5/8? nuts tack welded to a bent sheet metal positioner as shown in detail. (Galvanized)
