Description:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform janitorial services at the Neville Island Complex.

Pricing should be submitted in the price schedule. Quoters shall complete the green highlighted cells on the Services tab, columns Q-W. All other cells are locked. Quoters shall only return the completed price schedule provided in this solicitation and shall not

modify any cells other than the green cells.

Submitted prices will remain good for 30 days.

Period of Performance:

Base - 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2027

Option Year 1 - 1 May 2027 - 30 April 2028

Option Year 2 - 1 May 2028 - 30 April 2029
