Enables qualified applicants to submit proposals for the purchase of three Distributed Generation Solar PV projects located in Niagara County, New York. Proposals will be reviewed in accordance with the criteria and processes described in NYSERDA RFP BRRFP25-1. Transfer to the Awardee(s) would be through Membership Interest Purchase Agreement(s) (MIPA). The Awardee(s) would complete development, design and engineering, secure required interconnection and permitting approvals, state and federal incentives, and potentially finance, procure major equipment, construct, own and operate the Project(s) depending on the extent of proposed activities.
