Description
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking proposals to lease and redevelop a non-aviation airport property at 16841 Roscoe Blvd, Van Nuys Airport (VNY). The property, currently occupied by Galpin Motors, Inc., consists of approximately 114,998 square feet of paved airport light industrial land. The lease expired on April 23, 2025.
