The Planning and Development Services Department (PDS) has identified a need for the creation of a new Off-Site Levy (OSL) Framework. This project requires a consultant to assist with the facilitation of the Off-Site Levy Advisory Committee (OSL AC) in meeting City Councils desire to further engage with this Development Industry Stakeholder group as well and assist PDS with industry best practice knowledge and recommendations related to offsite levies.
