Facilities Maintenance Support (Certified SBEs Only)

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish contracts with qualified Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms drawn from the Trade Groups noted below, and depending on the trade group establish a primary and secondary Contractor to provide facility maintenance support for the specific trades, for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) on as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The Trade Groups are further defined as General Electrical, Industrial Electrical and General Contracting.
