NOTICE of SOLE SOURCE: Space utilization study for courtroom usage for new courthouse funding request to the Utah State Legislature.

Project Description: The State Legislature has requested that the Utah State Courts perform a third-party space utilization study for courtroom usage as part of our new courthouse funding requests.
The Utah State Courts is using the National Center for State Courts to conduct this study for the consolidation of three 2nd District Courthouses in Davis County into one large courthouse at the Farmington Courthouse location. This study will identify actual daily usage of all 14 courtrooms in this county based on hearing types and forecast future growth needs, suggest future courtroom space design and compare against other state courts nationally.
The NCSC is uniquely qualified in providing expertise in consulting and collaborating with court clients across the country to study current operations, identifying areas for improvement and to support innovation.
