Process
The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for replacement of Generac Generator-100KW 120/208 - Generac PP Outdoor with installation and removal of the old generator located at Mayfield Village Fire Department Building located at 770 S.O.M Centre Drive, Mayfield Village OH, 44143. Please see the specifcations sheet for the generator in the documents sections of this solicitation. The selected supplier will receive a purchase order from both the Department of Administrative Services and Mayfield Village and will need to invoice each entity separately according to the Purchase Orders provided.
Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable. Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.
