Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

75H709-FB25Q-006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Emergency Medical Technician Services at the Fort Belknap Service Unit (FBSU) in Harlem, Montana. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products; FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). Service Contract Act applies, see Wage Determination 2015-5397, Rev. 26 dated 7/08/2025.
