The U.S. Army is seeking information regarding capabilities related to boresighting specifically on the M1 Abrams tank and potential improvements to the process.
This Sources Sought notice requests information on improving M1 Abrams boresighting through new technologies, services, or expertise. Areas of interest include solutions to reduce time to boresight, minimize downtime, enhance accuracy and improve ease of use.
We are particularly interested in innovative approaches compatible with existing M1 Abrams systems that reduce potential errors in this critical process.
