Submissions clearly marked "COR7334 - Tourism Regina Promotional Card Canada Contract”, in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca , no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on May 29, 2025
This solicitation describes that the City (Tourism Regina) is seeking to set-up a promotional card program that is not a sellable gift card but something that can be used as a promotional marketing tool to drive visitors into businesses throughout Regina. This program will allow for Tourism Regina to create Promotional Cards that transact credit card payment for goods and services to multiple businesses, using varied payment vendors (i.e Moneris, Chase, etc). It is the intention of the City (Tourism Regina) to enter into a two-year contract agreement for promotional card services
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
