Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1), supporting VA New England Healthcare System (VISN1), is seeking potential sources for an upcoming requirement for Construction Services as described in the attached statement of work. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is a market research tool and has not been set-aside for any small business category, but the notice is issued to determine appropriate set-aside categories. Responses to this notice, in conjunction with other Government market research resources, will be used by the contracting officer to determine the applicable socio-economic set-aside for the procurement.

SDVOSB & VOSB firms shall be certified by https://veterans.certify.sba.gov.

Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that the companies possess the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Interested parties are requested to submit the requested information not later than 20 DEC 2024 EST at 3:30PM to Alexandru Sava via email to Alexandru.sava@va.gov. The response burden to this notice is expected to be light; lengthy responses are not expected, but no maximum page count is assigned. This solicitation shall include all materials, labor, and supervision necessary to replace a total of 13 campus fire hydrants. All installations shall be in accordance with NFPA 24 and the VA specifications.
