Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Request for Supplier Prequalification For Contracted General Counselling Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Contracted General Counselling Services by a Registered Psychologist.
The City of St. Albert is seeking to award contract with up to three (3) experienced counselling agency(ies) to provide counselling services to St. Albert residents, through a contract, where the City pays an agreed fee per counselling session. The program is subsidized and available to individuals based on a client's annual income, limited access to insurance, and other criteria, as determined by the City.
