Description
The Province with the BC FireSmart Committee (BCFSC), which is a program established by BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), a branch within the Ministry of Forests is seeking experienced applicants to support the Annual Wildfire Resiliency and Training Summit Event Planning and Execution (WRTS).
The successful Proponent will work closely with the Province and FireSmart BC to fulfil all aspects of event execution and coordination, including event planning, logistics, registration, participant support, communication, organizing Speaker(s) and post event reconciliation and debrief (the “Services”).
The Province intends to enter into a Contract with the highest scoring Proponent who meets all mandatory criteria and minimum scores.
