FY26 Laptop Purchase

This solicitation is for the purchase of 30 Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 laptops to support agency operations. Vendors must submit proposals on company letterhead, in compliance with STS contract requirements. Preference will be given to MBE-certified vendors. Selection will be based on the lowest compliant bid that meets all specifications and contract terms.

CIV is seeking bids for the purchase of 30 Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 laptops outlined in this solicitation. Vendors must comply with all requirements outlined in the State Term Schedule (STS) contract 534109. Vendors are required to submit their proposal on company letterhead to your response header, including pricing and all relevant details to be considered. Please provide an itemized quote of each laptop and the total at the bottom of the quote. Please review the upl oaded quote from Dell Corporation. We are requesting a breakdown of all included components similar to the Dell Corporation quote. Any line item above the STS contracted price will not be considered. Preference will be given to Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) vendors. The award will be made to the vendor offering the lowest responsive and responsible bid that meets all specifications and STS terms.
