OSE will establish contracts with A/E firms experienced in Building Condition Assessments : with ASTM E 2018 & related standards. Evaluate properties being considered for acquisition by the State. Assessment results: described in ASTM E 2018 & the "SFAA “ policy for State Building Acquisitions." OSE web site: https://www.https://procurement.sc.gov/construction/ose-contracts.
