The Physics Department and the Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC) at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) has a requirement for two (2) frequency counters. See the attached Solicitation FA700025Q0107. The CLIN description provides essential minimum specifications. Ensure you carefully review and comply with pages 31-32 and 33 of Solicitation FA700025Q0107 for "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerers or Quoters" and "Evaluation Factors for Award", respectively.
