Description:
Demolition of interior space of 2,100 square foot building. Ceiling has trace of asbestos (report included with RFP on town website). Demolition to include sheetrock ceiling, insulation and ductwork. All interior walls and electrical components. The roof is currently leaking and the repair is to include 26 gauge standing seam roof over the existing flat roof. More details in the RFP.
