Sludge System Improvements WPCF
The scope of work consists of: Replacement of six (6) existing plunger style sludge pumps with six (6) new rotary lobe pumps, replacement of two (2) polymer transfer pumps, replacement of three (3) polymer metering feed pumps, replacement of three (3) belt washwater pumps and rebuilding of one sludge conveyor. The scope also includes all necessary process piping replacement, replacement of 6” and 8” plug valves and all necessary electrical work including replacement of each pumps variable frequency drives.
