Description View Changes
A0001 - The purpose of A0001 is to update solicitation section L.5.3.1, L-5.3.2, and M.4.1 and to respond to Bidders Questions 1 - 6. FY 2026 - 2036 Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for multi-mission boats. These boats include Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Multi-use Expeditionary Response Craft (MERC) procured in high volumes by the United States Navy (USN). Annual procurement of 7-meter, 9-meter, and 11-meter RHIBs are required to support fleet missions and to replace boats which have reached the end of their service life. This acquisition approach consolidates multiple requirements into a single contract vehicle while providing flexibility to procure other various sizes and configurations with a composite hull structure with or without an inflatable hull collar. Offers MUST be submitted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (SOL). Emailed or otherwise transmitted proposals will not be accepted.
